At the heart of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, financing is recognised as an essential means of implementation included in all Sustainable Development Goals and their corresponding targets. Official development assistance (ODA) is considered one of the most important means of implementation in financing for development. This One Pager addresses two issues with ODA: donor performance and statistical methodology.
