PANAM 2010

Pan American Congress of Communication (PANAM 2010) discusses the role of the emerging digital content industry in the region, as well as the centrality and importance of the participation of individuals and social networks in the process that generates new jobs and sociability, new forms of entertainment and education through media and digital convergence technology, new business models for companies and, media convergence.

With the presence of 46 specialists, including 25 foreign guests and 21 Brazilians, PANAM 2010 will examine the necessary changes in the academic world to update students, teachers and researchers for the new interactive digital culture, new jobs, new models emerging business of digital culture and the possibilities of participation and social inclusion can bring.
